Animal Information

Please provide the species and name for each animal you would like to adopt. If you want more than one animal, please make sure to select additional payments according to the size and quantity. If you want us to choose one for you - please enter "you choose". If you are choosing a large animal to adopt please indicate what size T-shirt you would like in the comment box.
